Country Stove reserves the right to determine the method of shipment. All efforts will be made to forward tracking information to the customer when and if it is available.
Expedited shipping rates are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping addresses must be physical addresses. They cannot be PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Boxes.
These are curb side deliveries only. Deliveries needing lift-gate service will be an additional charge.
When your order arrives, the driver will give you a reasonable amount of time to inspect the delivery for damage. If the delivery is damaged, either make notation on the driver’s paperwork and call our customer service at 440-582-0062.
IF YOU DO NOT MAKE NOTATIONS ON THE DRIVER’S PAPERWORK, THE SHIPPING COMPANY IS RELEASED FROM LIABILITY ON THE DAMAGE AND COUNTRY STOVE WILL NOT HAVE RECOURSE TO HELP YOU SETTLE ANY CLAIMS ON YOUR BEHALF!
Orders are eligible up to 90 days from order date. Country Stove and Patio reserves the right to refuse any returns. Shipping Costs are not refundable. In order to start the return process, You must call the store at 440-582-0062 for an RMA number.
Burned or used products are not returnable. Returned products must be in new saleable condition.
If product purchased was sent from Country Stove in an unassembled condition, then assembled by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund. If parts are damaged or missing, customer must work with Country Stove and the manufacturer of that product through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
