Every hearth rug meets the Flammability Std FF 1-70 for small area rugs.  This means the rugs are fire resistant and are designed to protect your flooring whether wood or carpet from small sparks and embers that can pop out of your fireplace.

Ridgetop hearth rugs are half round (27” x 48”) shape and are made of polyester fibers in a medium berber loop with geometric detailing.  These rugs are excellent in front of the hearth to protect floors from sparks and embers.  Rugs meet or exceed CPSC FF 1-70 flammability standard and are proudly made in the USA.  Durable and colorfast.  Rugs are available in three colors:  beige, charcoal  and brown.
