Cedar Wood Smoking Chips
The Cedar Wood Smoking Chips come in a re-sealable bag that locks in the natural wood flavor. Try cedar chips when smoking pork, lamb, poultry and fish. The cedar wood comes from natural Canadian Red Cedars specifically used for smoking chips.
Soak the wood chips for at least 30 minutes prior to smoking. Soak the chips in water, wine, beer or soda to add another level of flavor to the chips. Once your smoker is up to temperature and you are ready to start smoking, sprinkle chips evenly over the hot coals.
