The whole spices are ground into larger pices, which helps the rub hold its flavors during longer cooks, while still producing the beautiful and tasty crust Dizzy Pig is known for.

The all purpose dizzy pig dizzy dust coarse seasoning is blended to bring out the best in whatever graces your smoker or grill. Balance is the key to this versatile rub, the perfect mix of saltiness, sweetness, spiciness, peppery and herbal tones. Mild heat level.
