We took the basic lemon pepper blend to new heights with Dizzy Pig Shakin’ the Tree Rub. Based on the sharp zingy flavors of lemon and peppercorns, this seasoning may be our most versatile rub to date. Dizzy pig shakin’ the tree rub is fairly mild on the heat scale, but loaded with fresh bright flavors. It is gentle enough to use on scallops, but robust enough to hold up to a thick pork chop. The clean tangy flavor will have you licking your plate. Best on poultry, seafood, pork and veggies. Ant it’s the perfect seasoning for tomato sauce or any dish that needs a little tang!

Liberally apply dizzy pig shakin’ the tree rub to poultry, pork, seafood, beef, game or vegetables. The amount of rub used will determine the depth of the crust. Allow the flavors to meld for at least 10 minutes, then grill, smoke, bake, rotisserie or roast until meat is done and the rub has created an appealing and taste tempting exterior.
