Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom Seasoning is a hot and spicy deep south treat with flavors found in both cajun and southwestern cooking. Of course we wanted it hot!!! Best on pork, poultry and steak. Pork chops, chicken pieces, burgers, pork loin and catfish are a few dishes to start with. Add swamp venom to make a delicious Bloody Mary!
For those who enjoy cajun and southwestern flavors and plenty of heat, we’ve developed dizzy pig swamp venom seasoning. With influences from Louisiana to Arizona, this seasoning provides a pleasant and tasty punch in the mouth.
Our rubs are custom ground and hand mixed using the freshest whole spices, herbs and all natural ingredients. Cayenne, African bird pepper and sage are a few unique touches to Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom Seasoning.
Liberally apply dizzy pig swamp venom seasoning to poultry, pork, seafood, beef, game or vegetables. The amount of rub used will determine the depth of the crust. Allow the flavors to meld for at least 10 minutes, then grill, smoke, bake, rotisserie or roast until meat is done and the rub has created an appealing and taste tempting exterior.
