The Whiskey Barrel Wood Smoking Chips come in a re-sealable bag that locks in the natural wood flavor. Try whiskey chips when smoking beef, burgers, pork, poultry and fish. Whiskey Chips are made from genuine oak whiskey barrels repurposed to impart a rich whiskey flavor to your favorite BBQ.
Soak the wood chips for at least 30 minutes prior to smoking. Soak the chips in water, wine, beer or soda to add another level of flavor to the chips. Once your smoker is up to temperature and you are ready to start smoking, sprinkle chips evenly over the hot coals.
