Stop Grilling In The Dark!
Lets face it: you are sick and tired of grilling in the dark. However, you tend to only think about how much of a pain it is to grill in the dark when you are actually ‘grilling in the dark.’ Once those steaks are off the grill you’re lighting issues are out of sight out of mind. I can picture it now: you come home from work, steaks are marinated and tenderized, the plate with a stack of steaks in your left hand, grill tongs in your right, one look at the grill and you start thinking “How the heck am I going to know when these beautiful cuts are cooked to perfection?”
Most times you’ll try and use what’s most readily available… the cell phone flash light. Keep in mind it only takes one drop on those grates to sear the cover on your iPhone. Maybe you’ll get resourceful and grab a flashlight from the junk drawer. Congratulations, you are now effectively grilling one handed. Do you tie your shoes one handed? Do swing a golf club one handed? Do you change a tire one handed? So why would you attempt to grill with only one hand?
BBQ and grill experts understand that it only takes a few extra degrees or a few extra minutes to ruin an otherwise perfect cut of meat. Chances are your mentality of “I’ll know its done when its done” won’t keep you from getting ridiculed when you just spent $18.99 a pound for burnt porter houses.
Ok, Ok I have to confess. I was once a grilling novice and thought I could just get by when grilling also. But let me tell you, once I started using a proper grill light my eyes were opened. Since I converted, I have never burned a meal while grilling at night. Having the clarity of LED bulbs illuminating my work station and being able to see every sizzle and sear mark has enhanced my grilling experience. With a flip of a switch I am no longer handicapped by the dark.
Do yourself a favor and invest in a quality LED Grill Light. The money you will save by no longer ruining your dinners will pay for the grill light in no time. Take your grilling experience to the next level with a BBQ Grill Light and stop grilling in the dark!
